    What are the prerequisites for joining?


    This programme is open to experienced and aspiring leaders and coaches with experience and/or role responsibilities in at least one of the following disciplines: leadership, people development, or coaching. A curious mind, willingness to practice, and commitment to showing up for yourself and others is essential.

     This Diploma is ideal for:

    • Coaching professionals seeking to renew, apply or upgrade ICF credentials (e.g. ACC or PCC pathway) within a cohort-based, practical learning community
    • We also welcome experienced coaches who are ready to integrate more systemic and values-driven approaches into their work.

    How much time will I need to dedicate each week?

    We suggest allowing an average of 4hr per week depending on your learning style, how much reflection or practice you want to engage in.


    Time includes:

    • Live workshops or mentoring sessions
    • Peer coaching practice
    • Self-paced learning or reading
    • Reflective assignments or case studies


    NOTE: How the ‘average’ time is allocated in live sessions will depend on the specific programme in which you enrol.  Typically, the LIVE sessions are more ‘immersion style’ with more spacious integration time in between. 

    We recommend booking protected time in your calendar from the start. Past participants have found it most impactful when they treat it like a commitment to themselves and their growth.

    What title or qualification will I receive?

    Graduates will be awarded the LCI Coaching Diploma for Leaders from the Lead With Coaching Institute.

    It is designed to meet the standards required for ICF Level 1 accreditation pathway. You’ll also have the opportunity to create recordings and mentor coaching logs for credentialing purposes with ICF or other coaching bodies.

    Is the programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)?

    The programme is ‘in application’ for ICF’s Globally Recognised Level 1 Coach Education Program.  It is designed in alignment with ICF Core Competencies, Ethical Guidelines and credentialing pathways.

    You’ll receive at least 10 mentor coaching hours to help you meet that criterion for ICF credentialing (e.g. ACC or PCC level).

    Do I need to attend all live sessions?

    We strongly recommend attending all sessions. If you miss a session, peer support is available within the LCI community.

    • The mandatory minimum attendance is 80%.
    • Some elements (e.g. mentor coaching, assessed coaching conversations) have mandatory attendance and submission requirements.

    What kind of support will I receive during the programme?

    You won’t be on your own!


     You’ll receive:

    • Mentor coaching and supervision from credentialed professionals
    • Regular feedback and encouragement
    • A learning community to walk the journey with you
    • Access to additional resources and support for credentialing pathways

    Is this programme right for me if I’m still figuring out my next steps?

    Do you offer CPD certificates or hours for participation?

    Yes. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate confirming 60+ (to be confirmed by ICF when application is approved) of accredited coach-specific training, suitable for ICF or other professional development requirements.
