James Martin is a Bachelor of Agricultural Science, an ACC Certified Coach, and Lead Facilitator. He's a seasoned business growth strategist and leadership coach who brings decades of hands-on experience helping senior leaders and their teams scale sustainably, lead with confidence, and grow successful, profitable businesses.

James is the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at LCI, where his focus is to bridge the gap between coaching and commercial outcomes, ensuring leaders gain practical coaching skills they can immediately apply to enhance performance, decision-making, and team culture from the boardroom to the front line.

Meet Rachel Dungan

Rachel Dungan is a Master Certified Coach (ICF-MCC, ACTC), with over 5,000 hours coaching senior leaders across six continents.

She’s a pharmacist, educator, business founder, yoga teacher, and mother of three — known for her rare blend of strategic insight, grounded presence, and systemic depth.

She co-founded the Lead With Coaching Institute and serves as its Director of Education. Her coaching has supported leaders navigating major transitions: exits, expansions, succession planning, cultural resets, and personal redefinition.

Meet Gerry Duffy

International Professional Speaker. Leadership Coach.

As an accomplished, full-time international speaker, Gerry spends most weeks empowering company directors and senior business leaders to achieve their organisational ambitions by mastering a coaching approach and honing their skills.

He co-facilitates in-house ‘Business Accelerator’ programmes (18-month journey) with James. He also runs regular one-day ‘Speaker Schools’ where business leaders fine-tune their presentation and facilitation skills to help them be even more professional and win more business.

At LCI, Gerry focuses on how the coach approach can truly help almost any organisation realise their true ambition – especially for leaders who currently lead teams or plan to lead teams in the future.
